The staff is always excellent and checking in is usually stress free. I travel with my bird and dog, which is a big hassle, but the staff is always good to us. Brittany Schultz is my favorite, but I kept missing her the last time I was there. I also missed Emma on nights. Shawn and Jasmine, are my day people. I always enjoy my stays at Country Inn and Suites. Thank you

Our room smelled like straight up smoke and it was non smoking room. Room above us was partying with louder music and even after mentioning this to front desk it took 3 hours for them to stop the music and partying.

The staff is excellent. There are a couple of folks with attitudes, but we all have bad days. There are a few questionable characters, that stay regular that are different, (off the wall) a bit but no harm, no foul. I especially like "Brittany Schultz", she is a day Asst. Manager, and she always makes my day better !! A definite keeper. I will be back to stay another while the first of February, 2025. There is also a new Employee, Shawn, who was especially gracious towards me. I hope to see him again on my next visit. I want to do "Choice" but Expedia is cheaper. Can you match ?? sincerely, T. Ummm...Cleanliness was not its main feature.

After checking in, I walked into my room and was pleasantly surprised at its spaciousness. However, that feeling was quickly replaced with a "Yuck!" when it was obviously surfaces (ottomans, night stands, etc.) were not clean. They had crusty stuff left on them and drink rings galore. I went back downstairs to let the night manager know. Travis, the night manager, was very polite and responded professionally. He apologized for the condition of the room and offered to put me in another room. I was appreciative of his wanting to be sure I was comfortable. Kudos to him! Sadly, once I moved to the new room, I noticed the same issues (though a bit less crusty) in it. Drink rings on the desk and night stand, the floor didn't seem vacuumed. It was late, and I was too tired at this point to say anything else. I didn't use the shower because I was not confident at all at its cleanliness. I brushed my teeth, went to bed, and left the next morning. For the record, the bed was very comfortable.
