A swim in the ocean or dip in the jacuzzi or a barbeque is a great bonding with your friends and family. Delicious meat for your barbeque session will be provided. My house has a complete with hotel quality amenities. This is a perfect place to enjoy and make more memories with you loved ones.

2 Bedroom House. The entire house is exclusively for your use only. No sharing with other guests.

This house provides hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay. Separate toilet and bath. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need.

Please be sure to read and understand this house rules before confirming your reservation.
1. Please be careful in using electricity and gas. Refrain from dangerous materials that can cause fire or other accidents. Strictly no smoking in the room.
2. Kindly use the beddings and equipment carefully ( Note : if the futon pillows, etc. is soiled, additional cleaning fee will apply.
3. No Parties allowed. Avoid creating noise that will disturb others/neighbours.
4. Any part of the house that is damage, if you lost the key. This will all be charge accordingly.
5. In the event of any disaster or accident. Including power or water outage, Will do our best to assist and help you with the situation. However we are not responsible for this unavoidable circumstances. We cannot refund the total or partial amount of your reservation for those reasons. Cancellation policy applies.
6. NO pets allowed.
When using the BBQ
If you are planning to grill during your stay. Please bring your own ignition light.
How to clean up: Please leave the grill as it is. Kindly put your used charcoal in the stone box. You can use the shovel and ash collector near the entrance (See photo). Please take your trash with you and cooperate with our eco activities.
Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My house is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.
It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
