“Location, Views, Hot tub! Dated unit in older building, but clean and comfortable. Check in was at 4, no earlier,,as we had to wait while cleaners finished up. Great communication, but to check in any earlier, you will have to pay for that. Neighbors were a large group and very noisy so bring earplugs, then you should be good. Overall, the location, views, and hot tub make this stay ”

“This property is at the perfect location! We parked our car and didn’t move it until we left. The condo has a nice deck overlooking the river. It is comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities. Our only complaint was there is no AC and the bedroom window did not open. The condo temp was warm. The Mexican restaurant on the main floor is delicious and soooooo convenient. We enjoyed it along with several others along Main Street.Be aware that the parking garage is an elevator ride and……

“Very nice, quiet and clean condo in a perfect location for spending a few days in Breckenridge. The pool and hot tub area is newly remodeled and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. It's a nice perk to have underground parking with easy access to the condo via the elevator. All in all this is a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly return for another long weekend.”
