“印度人管理的比较糟糕，实在不行，令人失望的感觉。强烈不推荐这样的酒店，不是因为着急不会选择这样的酒店”

“Bathroom was clean and new!”

“The room was austere and unwelcoming. The water took minutes to get hot and smelled like sulfur. The room had an ice bucket but there was no ice machine on the premises. The parking lot was covered in maple seeds that tracked all over the place and in one’s car.”

“When I got there they said it was no rims available like I didn’t book in advance ”

“Non-smoking room was 'smoky'.”

“I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid.”

“Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. ”
