“Hotel neodpovídá kategorii uvedené v jeho profilu. Celkový stav hotelu je zašlý, nemoderní. Jako pozitivum musím napsat, že pokoj a chodby byly v době mého pobytu čisté. Restaurace umístěná ve spodní části objektu nepůsobila přitažlivě - spíše vesnická putika, než restaurace welness penzionu. Areál penzionu opět celkově zašlý. Penzionu byl klid, nicméně se nachází na rušné křižovatce kde je ráno od časných ranních hodin silný provoz. ”

“The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. There was no bedside light (I used my phone). Wifi was poor, dropping out for minutes at a time. I wandered round the public areas to……

“Unpleasant experience. I paid $140/night but the bath room heating is broken in freezing winter. At first night, I ask them to repair but the reception told me that they will have annual party that night and will have someone to fix it the next day. The next day, They send someone to repair but still can not fix the problem, so the we used a bathroom without heating for 2 nights. ”

“非常方便，隔壁就是商場，房間及浴室很大乾淨，有微波爐。距離市區開車約七、八分鐘。附近也有公車站，值得推薦。”

“Alors c'est bien dans l'ensemble, sauf 2 petit hik (il été coonvenu un lit double, je suis tombé sur 2 lits simple; je m'attender à un parking privé , mais c'été un parking à proximité gratuit) Autrement c'est plutôt confortable”

“The hotel is conviently located near city center and the main station within walking 5-10mins distance. The reception staff is a little bit cool but helpful especially when I say “Dekuji”(means thank you). There's a microwave, a sink, a small fridge, and some tableware can be use in room. But doesn't have TV in room...haha Brno is a beautiful city for a short visiting. And this cozy hotel can save your money, too. ”

“The weather is super hot in Brno. But the room has no air con, they provided us a fan. I feel so pleased.”
