“It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/……

“A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.”

“It is a dream hotel especially if you travel with a cat pet who loves exploring nooks and new spots for jumping, climbing and staring out at a whimsical European street. It’s ideally located: downtown that is close to nature too, fancy that. It’s nicely designed, very cozy and comfy. It even has a roof to walk on, safely. It has a guest club with everything you need. Some rooms have patios. It’s like a little castle, even if the weather isn’t great, you won’t get bored. Everything is done with……

“The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.”

“Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.”
