This was a terrible experience. The key cards were in an unlocked mailbox in the lobby, no reception present to discuss issues and owner only communicated via email, workmen were trying to hang wallpaper in the apartment when we arrived, towels were in the dryer, bedding drying on the balcony, floor had lots of hair on it. We left after securing a new (less expensive and much nicer) accommodation. We lodged a complaint, asked to be reimbursed for terrible listing but the owner refused. I would not ever suggest staying at this facility, it’s high rating is grossly misleading.
