The property itself was decent, but the check-in process was a mess. I was asked multiple times to send my passport through a messaging app, even though I offered to show it in person. This caused a 2–3 hour delay, only to find out the key had been available the whole time.
The unit is managed privately, not through the building’s official reception, which led to confusion and no on-site support. Towels were not clean, and despite repeated requests, replacements were never delivered. The same ID excuse was used again, which made no sense.
If you’re expecting a smooth check-in or any support during your stay, this isn’t the place.
