“We booked in from Friday to Sunday. Hotel stay are impeccable, the room was smart, clean and had everything we needed. Must call out the Nook restaurant, the food was presented perfectly and tasted delicious, lots of choice and as with all of the staff there, very attentive and pleasant. The pool area and beach loungers are perfect too. However, as we checked in, we quickly realised our mistake of not booking an adults only hotel. Very few people were without a child or two. “Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. “Pros - Good place for kid to play sands, feeding fish, swimming. - The villa is new, well maintained and also inside. - Wifi coverage is good. Cons - The hotel security refused to enter the hotel before 12:00 even we told him we just want to unload the luggage. But security still refused to open the gate. - Only Receptionist can speak English. When you leave the lobby, No English for any room service/restaurant/cleaner/even phone call. - Tableware is not good, all of them are made by melamine……
