Sandy Bay is one of Hobart’s most sought-after residential areas, the tranquil coastal neighbourhood has popular sandy beaches like Nutgrove and Long Beach and boat-filled piers that make for beautiful views and calm pace.
For night time entertainment, restaurants and bars, Wrest Point Casino is a five-minute drive.
Blac Fig Gourmet Grocer is just a 6-minute drive from the home for coffee, groceries and conveniences, and you can get great coffee and snacks from local institutions, Sisterhood or Giddy-Up cafes.
Getting Around:
Enjoy the cafes, restaurants, markets and sights of Hobart and Battery Point, just a 15-20 minute bus ride or 5-10 minutes by car.
Metro Tasmania bus network has bus stops on nearby Churchill Avenue, just a couple of minutes walk from the house. Getting to the property from Hobart airport is less than 25 minutes by car.
Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters to rent via apps.
