“New renovations were a plus! Very comfortable with 9 adults. Definitely recommend. Comfortable primary bed. You can tell the home is lived in and cared for versus just an income property so that was lovely. Beautiful view. Location was good for our needs. ”

“Very cozy log cabin in a beautiful area of NY. We had a great time relaxing and visiting The Baseball Hall of fame in Cooperstown. Peter was great at communicating with us. My only suggestion would be to grocery shop before you get there. There are some well equipped gas stations that carry food about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store is 25-30 minutes. If we are ever in the area, we would love to stay here again! ”

“We spent a great week at the house with our 2 dogs. We loved the deck and yard, local hiking and lakes, easy access to a good grocery store and the very comfortable house. Best was the quiet which we really needed. This was the first house of many we’ve rented that had really comfortable beds. It was clear that the bedding, towels, appliances and kitchen utensils were very good quality and we really appreciated that attention to detail. We didn’t eat out as we didn’t want to leave the dogs but……

“Stayed while son was playing at All-Star Village, about 15 minute drive. Close to Cooperstowns and Dreams also. Cabin was clean, can't beat being on the water! Even caught a fish from the back dock. Good communication from owner. ”

“Very happy with the property. It is right on the lakeside and the lake is rather still most days making for great kayaking. The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The kitchen comes stocked with most things you need, and the beds were very comfortable.……
