We were overcharged for our room, and it took over 45 minutes to get into due to the front desk overcharging us and arguing that we were not gonna be charged, when we were in fact charged and asked to use different cards for billing due to their mess ups. They double booked our room and gave working keys to the people standing behind us in line, to OUR ROOM when they had just given us our keys to THE SAME ROOM 30 minutes after we got into that room. We asked for a blanket and sheets for the pullout, only to be told they have no blankets or pillows, so we slept with sheets only. We asked for 2 more towels due to there only being 2 in the room, and us having 4 guests in that room, only to be told NO, only 2 towels per room.
We travel quite often, and have NEVER been so I happy about customer service.
