“This was the perfect place for a quick getaway to the beach. We needed a place to stay for one night only and wanted a relaxing atmosphere. This room truly was a gem. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed and the right amount of amenities. The host was very accommodating for everything we needed for our short stay, including early access to the beach chairs. The pool was in a lovely courtyard and the perfect way to chill out at the end of each afternoon when we got back from the beach. Beach……

“Room great. Bathroom a problem. No hot water, water fixtures ,too COMPLICATED and the worst problem slippery tub. NEED SOME GRIPS IN TUB. I ALMOST FELL AND AM ON BLOOD THINNER. HEAD INJURIES SCARY. ”

“Beautiful and very clean home, very comfortable. The kids were looking forward to the pool table/ping pong table, both of which are a little lacking. ”

“Weather and house were perfect. Comfortable seating areas inside and out. Clean bathrooms and house. Maid service when we needed it. Safe neighborhood. Near the inter coastal and shopping for food etc. Neighbors were quiet. AC was great as were kitchen appliances and washer dryer. Great fenced yard for our dogs who had a ball chasing lizards! Great private guest house with its own bathroom, praised by all guests who used it. Host was always responsive if we couldn’t operate ice maker or……

“Close to convention center and an easy walk to City Place for (limited) shopping and dining. Parking only available on the street was a problem a couple of times. Enjoyed the back patio…a propane bbq grill would be a nice addition! Took a few nights to get used to the trains that rumble throughout the night mere yards from the house and about the same amount of time to get the overpowering (and not pleasant) cleaning solution odor lessened. Still better than a hotel as we got to visit more……
