“Very nice and met our needs well. Lots of on site games for all ages. Main cabin was great. Bunk house a bit rougher. Our boys loved the easy, if small, fishing. Would stay here again.”

“Enjoyed our stay! Decorated beautifully, love the extra tall doors & shower. Bed was comfy. Owner left snacks. It was quiet other than the occasional train and some highway noise. No complaints. Only thing to critique would be the lighting above the bathroom sink is dim when putting on makeup. We will certainly stay there again & highly recommend. Thank you!! ”

“This is the best VRBO I have booked. The owner is very responsive and the property is wonderful. It is a new renovated property that is very homey. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable. Very generous with the towels also.The cookies and cinnamon pastries that the owner provided were quite tasty. They also provided water as well as extra paper goods and kitchen supplies. The kitchen was well stocked.We were in the area for a wedding. If we were to be back in the area, we would……

“This might be my favorite place to stay. I hope this old downtown comes back to life because this is a gem of a place. We walked a few doors down to the historical museum where we got an amazing tour. Go get coffee at Great Dave’s Coffee on the way to the museum. This is a great place to stay if you love historic streets”
