“AC broke Checkin was easy, Trailer was not clean, nor had proper necessities for cooking”

“Our stay in Greenville was pleasant and quiet. The house was comfortable but we were unable to get TV or use the streaming service due to needed updates. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and stocked for our short stay. However, we struggled to turn on the shower in the main bathroom due to our ignorance. Printed instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but one set of sheets had an unpleasant smell, probably due to being folded and stored while still slightly damp.……

“We stayed here while my mom was in the hospital. We needed a place that was pet-friendly. Kourtney helped us out with a late check-out so that we had somewhere to keep them as we moved locations. The place was convenient to the hospital and a good place to rest for the night.”

“Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow.……

“We booked this property in Sept ‘24 for May ‘25 graduation. I messaged the host in March and received no response. The day of our check-in as we were driving to Greenville, I messaged the host because I hadn’t revised check-in info. I had received an email from VRBO about checking but no instructions. Immediately after messaging the host, my booking was cancelled. We were on the way to graduation. He had overbooked on another site and cancelled my reservation which I made 8 months in……

We would not only recommend to family and friends but we intend to use the property again if available our next go round in Rocky Mount. Thank you again.”

“This house was overall nice - especially for the price. The host was very responsive when we needed to check in early and there was a great fenced yard for the dog to run in. The beds were comfortable!”

“There was no stay because I could never contact owner for entry. I called Vrbo at 3:00, they couldn't get ahold of them either so Vrbo did find a place for me to stay but was suppose to send me places where I could stay the next night. The message was sent to the incorrect e-mail and I never received it. I had to leave the hotel so I ended up sitting in a parking lot for two hours after calling Vrbo about the situation. Was told my e-mail was incorrect and they didn't know if it would be sent……
