“The house was fine, it was clean, and it was as listed. It is also very close to the Rocky Mount Event Center which is convenient. However, the neighborhood itself is a little run down and could be a concern for those that have safety as a high priority, especially at night. I will say the neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues during our stay”

“I have stayed at multiple Vrbos and AirBnb’s, this was by far one of the worst stays. The cleanliness of this home was not good. I’m SO glad I travel with disinfecting wipes and spray because I had to clean the bathrooms and bedrooms. There was dust everywhere and the floors were dirty as if the place was not touched in months. There were stings of hair in the bathrooms that needed to be cleaned as well. One of the fees included, to pay 160 in cleaning fees and the place was not clean to begin……

I called Vrbo at 3:00, they couldn't get ahold of them either so Vrbo did find a place for me to stay but was suppose to send me places where I could stay the next night. The message was sent to the incorrect e-mail and I never received it. I had to leave the hotel so I ended up sitting in a parking lot for two hours after calling Vrbo about the situation. Was told my e-mail was incorrect and they didn't know if it would be sent……
