The host had left out snacks and cold drinks in the fridge which our teenagers gladly helped themselves to. We brought our 3 teenage grandkids with us ages 17,16, and 14. Although we only had 3 bedrooms the kids did not complain at all about the large couch and TV in the living room and seemed to really enjoy the space they had. Didn't know what we were suppose to do at checkout, as there is not a list of what to do and we were not messaged by the host. (ex. take off sheets, load dishwasher, take out trash, etc.. “We traveled to the Lake House property to view the eclipse on April 8, 2024. The Ranch was on the path of totality. It was perfect for our family and friends. The surroundings are beautiful with lush green trees, grass, and wildflowers. The house is equipped with all the amenities that one would want. The beds were comfy.
