“Seit der Eröffnung 2005 buche ich dieses Hotel immer mal wieder, um Veranstaltungen in der Veltins Arena zu besuchen. Mittlerweile gab es ja schon einige Eigentümerwechsel. Und jetzt ist es unter der Führung von "Welcome Hotels". Die Nähe zur Arena macht es für mich perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man da. Ja, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stört mich nicht). “"being old is OK". this is the price I paid for; but "being dirty" is totally unacceptable. the carpet of the room was clearly not vacuumed. the bed sheet and cover had funny smell. I was not sure if it had been changed after last guest. I could not sleep all night because of that smell. I was very unhappy about the quality.”
