“My excitement about being waterfront for our Eufaula fishing weekend came to a screeching halt when we arrived at the home and began realizing the issues with its current condition. “The house was very clean and well stocked with towels for the pool. Overall, we had a good stay. Note: this is a very secluded property. Make sure you have what you need with you before you arrive as it is about 20-25 minutes to Walmart. We saw lots of deer and rabbits. Since it was July, the pool was pretty warm, but we had some weather roll in and it helped. The only update I would say the house could need are the beds. They need mattress toppers to help soften the beds. The house is……

“This is a great place to stay! The house and property are very clean and well kept. You cannot beat the location, view and sandy beach out the back door. The owners offer extras-kayaks, swim mats, corn hole boards and more. If you have a boat, there is a boat dock just a few blocks over. We were able to beach our boat in the evenings right outside the back door. We will be going back again soon!”

“Property was clean, lacked supplies after replacements were needed - should always stock paper towels and toilet paper. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom only 1 mirror, made that hard for everyone to get dressed waiting to use a mirror - add a full link in a bedroom. “This house is great for a family with teen or adult kids! Everything you can imagine is available: large backyard, lake beach a few hundred yards away, grill, games of all kinds (yard games, board games, Gary’s and ping pong), movies, fully equipped kitchen and lots of twin beds!! (This was particularly important for us to ensure everyone got their own bed, include significant others.) Terry and Roger are easy to work with and very responsive! The whole family was comfortable and enjoyed……

We want to buy a lake property, so we rented this house since it is in the area we were interested in, we took our grown kids to see if they liked the area as well. They loved the area and home.
