“The neighborhood did not look the greatest but we were not bothered by anyone. The location was on point and only 5-10 minutes away from the Falls. The actual apartment was just what was needed after a day out site seeing. A couch to relax on and a comfortable bed to lay your head down. My son (16 yrs old ) brought his Play Station and hooked it up to the living room TV and kept him company throughout the stay. The one thing I would have loved to see was a single cup coffee maker (keurig). ……

“Great weekend with our family attending Buffalo Bills game. Host made sure our weekend went smoothly and helped with any questions we had. Place was nice and clean and had everything we needed.”

“I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. ”

“Reasonable price. Close enough to Niagara Falls for a quick night trip to see the lights. Only concern (complaint) is the tight fit to get to the one toilet … tub wall corner and corner of the sink(on the opposite side) doesn’t allow a pregnant woman to pass freely. Fortunately she was able to stand on her tippy toes to pass.”

“Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc.”

“My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The apartment was a 15 min walk to the Niagara State Park. We would stay at……

“We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. Space was just what we needed for our extended family visit that included kids and adults. Located around the corner from an ice cream spot the kids loved walking to. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were in each of their bedrooms. Definitely recommend if you have a large group needing a……
