“We arrived in the evening, driving through clouds unable to see anything. We awoke to find we were surrounded 360 degrees by gorgeous mountains! We were awed!It was a bit of a drive on a dirt road but well worth it. The house was great. As described. The hot tub was an added treat. Lots of hiking and waterfalls everywhere too!Everything was great and communications were easy. Thank you ”

“Wow! This place was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough great things about it. Well-equipped with everything, & I mean, EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. The owner was extremely communicative, giving excellent directions to the property & everything we needed to know about the property once we arrived. This was our second to last night traveling the Ring Road & we also watched the midnight sun from here. It was magical. We were able to do laundry & reorganize before heading to……

“We booked a few nights at the Hidden Cottage and simply loved the place! The cottage is located not far from a village, in a pretty countryside area. The house had everything you needed and the cottage was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. My 13 year old son particularly appreciated the soccer field we had access to!  I recommend this place during your stay in Iceland!”

“This is such a magical spot !! The host was communicative and helpful and the property was cozy and well equipped. Possibly the favorite point of our trip! Plenty of room to spread out. Had to deal with a handful of flies on arrival that were stuck inside or dead but there was a lil vacuum so not a big deal. ”

“Well equipped with many goat nearby. Host is nice. 10min drive to a natural hot spring which only cost 1000kr pp.”
