COVID-19 We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.

This home will sleep 14, or you can rent our house next door to sleep 16 more, for a total of 30 people! We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features a new home feel (2014 construcation), vaulted ceilings, plush carpet, hot tub, firepit, patio seating, and plenty of sleeping space. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 55" flat screen TV, with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 10-12. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, 75" TV, and an additional table with seating for up to 8. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

On the back patio, there is a huge new 500 gallon, 7 person hot tub, with lots jets, lights, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

Perfect Family Vacation
We stayed here for a family wedding nearby. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as shown in the listing. It was perfect for our family and we appreciated all the space and the well stocked kitchen. The yard and walking trails were beautiful and the kids loved the all the games. Perfect for our three families
This house was just perfect for all of our families. The teens loved spending time downstairs playing pool and the indoor basketball game. They spent almost every evening in the hot tub. It was close enough to Oval Beach and Holland and was just a 30 min drive to South Haven. We all.had such a great time we already want to go back.

Griepp Girls Cousins Reunion 24!
13 cousins that meet every year for a fun trip chose Tulip Time 24! We stayed at this beautiful home in Hamilton. No one had to fight for bathroom time—ample beds—fully stocked kitchen and laundry- hot tub was delightful- we lit a fire for s’mores but got rained out….no matter because the dining room table was plenty big to host intense games of Rumikub etc. We met the owner and had a lovely chat. I’m sure he would have accommodated our request for things, but we didn’t need anything! We would recommend this immaculate home to anyone. New memories were made! Highly recommend this delightful home for your getaway!

Girls weekend
What a wonderful rental. We very much enjoyed our stay here for our girls weekend. This was an amazing place to stay and we will be back. Loved it!
The house was the perfect fit for us! We came over for a quick moms weekend away. And this house was great :) We enjoyed many laughs, good food and drinks. We enjoyed a night in of playing games, then morning walks on the property trails. We relaxed in the hot tub and went for dinner in downtown Saugatuck. The house was very clean and well stocked and the owners were responsive (not that we really needed anything!) Plenty of beds, dishes, towels - you name it! Would return :)
