“We had a great time this past weekend. It was my son's birthday and we all decided to come down from Canada to celebrate him at college. We had more than enough space for our group and enjoyed the large open concept of the home. We cooked, we drank, we had a hilarious time playing games, and enjoyed the video arcade game in one of the bedrooms. Thank you so much to the hosts for responding back so quickly to our questions! We can't wait to return!!!! ”

“The house is immaculate! In addition they thought of all the little things, a thank you note, extra toothbrushes (one of my teens forgot their's), snacks and small breakfast items. The queen bed was super comfortable! We only stayed one night after a long day skiing at holiday valley and it was refreshing to say the least. Complete 10, no negative feedback ”

“We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. We did call and she was going to send someone to check on it. By then it was 11:30 at night. We told her we would not stay there and found another……

It was well stocked, with everything you’d need in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and blankets and in a central location with one space for off street parking. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process.was also easy. . ”

“I'm a busy guy so I enjoy my peace when I can't get it. From the start with communications with the property manager before during and after my stay , the ease of check in with the lock box, to the pulled off after check out it was peaceful and pleasant. Everything needed to enjoy yourself or entertain some company while you making yourself at home enjoying your 420 experience. It's a big YES for me I will DEFINITELY PUFF AND STAY again and again and .... Again and you should too!! ”

“Beautiful cabin, accurate listing. Short drive to Ellicottville which has a lot of cool little shops and restaurants, and of course Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Why stay in a resort with just beds when you can stay in a house for the same cost?!? Very comfortable beds, and the views are amazing! Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area. Responsive hosts, 5 stars for sure! ”

“The Country Cape house is the nicest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. We brought our kids and 2 year old grandchildren with us. The house was such a pleasant surprise from the moment we checked in. The hosts have thought of everything. There are numerous amenities for kids including a high chair, pack n play, toys, sippy cups, and tons of games, puzzles, and books. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you would need for a weekend stay as well as a coffee bar. The house……
