“As former visitors of the Colony House before our move to Roanoke, we were thrilled the motel was saved and renovated in a return to its former glory. We and some friends staycationed there this past week, and had a glorious time. The AGM greeted us warmly, made us feel welcome from the minute we entered the checkin. The lobby and lounge are beautiful and comfortable. We spent the afternoon by the refreshing pool. Our room was such a terrific throwback with its gorgeous Mid-Century Modern……
