“The house met all of our needs. When we arrived the smell was aromatic and clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen on in the cabinets but not a really big deal. We went to run the heat the first night and the airflow was terrible so I looked at the filter in the hall way ceiling return grill and it was completely plugged so I bought a new one and changed it for you. I left the old one in the garage by the washer and dryer. The master bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced also. We enjoyed……

“This was easily the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Most vacation rentals are stocked with very cheap appliances and utensils, and cooking in some can be quite a challenge. But everything here was top notch. My teenage girls really enjoyed each having their own room with comfortable beds. The host provided very clear and helpful communications about our stay before and during our trip. The walk to the beach was as advertised, only seconds away. Incredible views from 2nd floor picture……

“Great neighborhood with plenty of stores around to purchase your last minute needs/groceries for your stay. House was clean with plenty of space for my family. This isn’t our first stay and it won’t be our last. M was very nice and respond fast to all of my messages.”

“We had a very relaxing stay in this multi-level beach home…When we wanted to go out, it was in the middle of Santa Cruz to the north and Carmel and Big Sur to the South….so it was easy to visit friends in both those areas, and also enjoy the sites and dining out. The home was very comfortable and well appointed for coming back to…. ”
