“The apartment was on the 3rd floor the occupants on the floor above us were terribly loud morning and night. The apartments are inside like a hotel, as you walk down the hall after you get off the elevator the smell of Marijuana was so strong. There were two little boys who played kick ball is the inclosed hallway kicking the ball at the walls so loudly I had to ask them to please be a little quieter they also had hoverboards that they were riding up and down the halls screaming and playing. “This was such a disappointment. We had no Thermostathad to be control from the main house. 2. Luke warm showers and Terrible shower pressure ?3. The nail in the coffin was the smell of rotten eggs !! No where in the description of this property did it disclose that it didn't have a thermostat and it would smell like rotten eggs and the water was terrible. I see that they are selling the property , So I don't know if this will help any other renters.”

“My 5-year-old son and I stayed here for a week and had a great time! This property is in a beautiful apartment complex that comes with lots of great amenities! The grounds were beautiful, neighbors were nice and quiet, and the property is in a very clean, safe area of town. Restaurants, coffee, gas station, cute shops, small businesses, and Walmart are all close by. The owners were very accommodating and great at communicating.
