“This quaint little home near the campus of NC State University was perfect for our overnight stay for college orientation. The home was clean, there were plenty of amenities, and we will stay again when we are back in the area. ”

The original reservation was canceled by the host the day we were supposed to check in, while we were already traveling from Florida to North Carolina. We were placed in a replacement property that was completely unfit for guests.The home had serious electrical issues, including lights and outlets that didn’t work. The stove was broken, and the linens were used and dirty—we had to wash them ourselves. There was dust everywhere, food……
