“非常好的入住体验，负责清理房间的员工非常热情，服务周到。酒店很干净整洁，但有部分设施损坏应该及时被修理，不然有可能影响入住体验，希望能有所改进。建议员工在对房间和公共区域进行清洁的时候留意并反馈设施的损坏情况并及时处理，小小细节的改善能使入住体验更加完美。餐厅的食物不错，每日的晚餐都不一样，食物也很可口。酒店景色非常棒，物超所值！”

“One important note: I highly recommend staying on the beachside only. Do not book the mountain side – it doesn't offer the same experience and may fall short in comparison. Our stay started a bit rough due to a misunderstanding at check-in, but the front desk manager Houssam quickly stepped in and resolved the issue with professionalism and care. From there, everything turned around. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Mohamed at both the beachside and the mountain side front desks – both……

“Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. First day when we arrived……

“We did not get the room we booked during the check-in. We received the Breakfast Box after several reminder, only. It is not the newsted hotel, equipment as describted. Animation finished before 22pm, so it could be a quiet hotel, unfortunately, it is very laud after 22pm around the hotel. ”

“First time here check in takes more than 30 mins and I have booked for all inclusive but I can not drink beer so beer is 2.5 US dollars fee, why ? The foods are not delicious , water park is not safe I only plays once and my arms was bleeding, so be aware and never come back ”
