“We stayed at this cabin while attending a nearby dog training workshop. The cabin was fantastic and very secluded. The dog loved running the property and exploring. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Brian, the property owner was very responsive and would answer any question we had within minutes. We hope to attend the same workshop next year and hope to stay at this property again. ”

“We stayed three nights for a wine-tasting getaway and a trip to Monticello. Everything is close by, the wineries and Monticello. The lovely little town of Scotsville has wonderful restaurants and a terrific coffeeshop/bakery with muffins, scones and delicious quiche. The farm is wonderful with dogs and cattle and a firepit! The living room is quite comfortable for late night chats and the kitchen is fully functional! What a nice time! The hosts are terrific and friendly and willing to help steer……

“Great property to sleep multiple family members and be able to hang out together - the listing is new, so they have a few kinks to work out (garage door code didn’t work, garbage should have been taken out for pick up before we got there) - but worth it all!”

“The house is very spacious. We had both the upstairs and down stairs. It would be awkward to stay in only one as just a door seperates. We could not locate any wash or hand towels until we were in the garage playing ping pong and found them still in the washer and dryer. The place is generally clean. Comforter down stairs was dirty. We opened windows as soon as we arrived to air out the closed up smell. The window areas are all very dirty and debris filled. Likely hard to prevent in a wooded……

“We headed to Charlottesville this past weekend for our oldest’s graduation from UVA. My wife, our 2 younger children, my parents, my aunt and our pups all went. The house was perfect!! So much room, fenced in yard for the dogs to go out, the kids loved the chickens and goats! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Big thanks to Derrick! He was nearby if we needed anything and regularly checked in via text to make sure we were good. If you have a big group or need a spot that……
