“We had a good stay at this house. We were in town for a tennis tourney at the USTA National Campus so it was a decent location for that. The house is a little confusing to get to. If you follow GPS, it’ll take you to the resident entrance so it was a little difficult getting in without more instructions. Once we figured it out, we were fine. The house has nice TVs and AC. It was great to have 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. One bed is more comfortable than the others. The house seems to be lived in……

“picked this because it had a bedroom on the first floor for my son and master on 2nd, which is difficult to come by. Great place overall. My only complaint would be that the temp control was locked with a pin code and so it was warm at night (for us) & my husband and I didnt sleep well as a result. Also just a note that the hot tub wasnt heated. I did read you had to request the pool be heated for an added charge and I may have missed the part where that included the hot tub. Huge house, comfy……

“Nice home in a quiet development. House was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Plenty of towels for everyone. Host thought of the details with the renter in mind (new sponge! Pods for dishwasher and washing machine, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each bathroom, Kcup coffee pods, etc). Close to Publix for grocery shopping. Host was very quick to respond and answered all questions thoroughly. Close to the parks (20 mins) yet far enough away that you feel like you can relax……
