“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The hosts were amazing and the cottage was very well appointed. We wanted for nothing. It was so nice to be in such a tranquil environment and see all the farm animals. We really loved this place.”

It is far enough off the beaten path but still close enough. We had deer outside the kitchen window in the morning. We spent our time exploring the Blue Ridge Mts and the Fourth of July with family in the Atlanta suburbs. Plan to visit again ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place Cozy Cottage. The special touches that Paul and his wife provided were very appreciated. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. Although not mentioned in the listing, there is a full-size washer and dryer. One of the best values on Lake Lanier. A great cozy getaway!! Also wonderful because we were able to see some deer. Paul was communicative and very helpful. A wonderful host! We highly recommend this property. ”

“Everything about the cabin shouted comfort and rest. The fire pit, double sinks in bath, along with the kitchen island and washer/dryer all made this one of our best getaways. Also, the color scheme was a plus. "Georgia on my mind" kind of setting in the picturesque pines you will enjoy there. Also, host was very responsive. ”

“Very nice. Wonderful Location, easy walk to anything in Clarksville. Was very quiet. I would stay there again. The only comment that I would have (and it could be a positive from some) is about the street lights right outside of the bedrooms. very thin shades so the room is lit up. I taped Aluminum Foil on the outside of the blinds and this let me sleep peacefully. ( i live in the country where it is very dark!) (also - the scotch tape and foil were in the house! provided!). ”

“It was nice had plenty of room for everybody to Location was perfect. Only 7 miles away from the job so we didn’t really have time to enjoy we were there for work. Everything was good I would stay there again.”

“The property owner was wonderful to work with. We had a few snags and she was very responsive and helpful. The cabin is decorated super cute. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! We will definitely be back in the future!”
