Grandview in Homewood- Lakefront
Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lakefront home on the west shore. Enjoy the large Grandview home in Homewood with buoy and pier access. Located close to Homewood Ski resort, trails for hiking/biking and the bike path to Tahoe City. Enjoy the use of the buoy and pier, as well as the beautifully manicured lawn and lakefront area of the home.
The main floor's living area is open and has an updated kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for family style meals.
The main floor features a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as views of the lake. The lower floor features a second primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms and bathroom and access to lake and hot tub.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 9 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
