This simple and charming 2/2 is the 5th house on this 8 acres of private property. Our 7th VRBO house in the area. This 2/2 private home, nestled on a peninsula, is perfect for your vacation.

This house is simple and has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of parking available at the house. Enjoy walking around the property and explore everything that Homosassa has to offer. With other houses available on the same property, it's the perfect place for multiple families to vacation together while still having their own space.

This house was remodeled last year so everything is still new. The house got new floors, paint, bathrooms, furniture and kitchen. The small kitchen has everything you need to make basic meals. Has refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, traditional drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Basic linens such as bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels provided. Washer and dryer on site. Some paper towels and toilet paper provided.

We do not have a boat ramp on site, please DO NOT use Camp N Water’s boat ramp. It is reserved for their guests only and they will report you if you are caught using it. Thank you for your cooperation.
