“We loved staying at Neptune's Grotto. Our room was completely updated, very clean and the decor was charming. The bed was Very Comfortable, and the TV and appliances worked with no issues. It was a charming piece of old Florida. Wish we could have spent more time on the property and by the water. ”

“The pictures were good but you can not see that the floor slopes or that there are soft spots in the floor. I knew that the trailer was old. But it didn't have to look old or smell old. I'm not being picky there are issues but not too hard to over come if you set your mind to it. The bed was comfy, the water was hot and had good pressure. The location was good. Pretty much everything outside needed some wet N forget and I wouldn't use the fan on the screen porch if it were a 100 degrees outside.……

“Atmosphere for being on the river was very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and swing area as well as the water access.We had an event scheduled near by and was the perfect weekend location to unplug.”

“The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We were low on dish soap and kitchen toweling. One of the recliners was broken and we are not savvy with smart TV. Would be helpful if you had laminated instructions for TV and contact information. Overall we enjoyed our stay greatly.”
