“This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and informative, even offering access to extra amenities not listed in the description—like the two-person kayak and a Blackstone grill, which was a great bonus for meals. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.While fridge space and indoor cooking options are limited, it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t plan to cook much—and the Blackstone more than made up for it! The neighborhood is peaceful……

“Atmosphere for being on the river was very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and swing area as well as the water access.We had an event scheduled near by and was the perfect weekend location to unplug.”

“The pictures were good but you can not see that the floor slopes or that there are soft spots in the floor. I knew that the trailer was old. But it didn't have to look old or smell old. I'm not being picky there are issues but not too hard to over come if you set your mind to it. The bed was comfy, the water was hot and had good pressure. The location was good. Pretty much everything outside needed some wet N forget and I wouldn't use the fan on the screen porch if it were a 100 degrees outside.……

“This is a great location! We came to paddle board to Three Sisters and throughout the area. Hunter springs park beach was a bonus. It was a 3 minute walk to launch from the pier or a 3 minute drive to launch from Hunters Springs Park. Save-a-lot is super close for basics and there is a restaurant in the same parking lot called seafood market that has great atmosphere. The location is also quiet and safe. Make sure to bring any spices, Tupperware, garbage bags, beach towels you need.”
