“Bed arrangement was strange for a family yet comfortable. Breakfast each morning delicious, staying here allows you entrance into the connected water park.. and best of all the staff was super friendly.. we selected this property without knowing anything about it... “Horrible experience. They are only looking to maximize their profits. We had a reservation but they gave our room to another person who offered to pay more . They offered us another room of where the owner usually sleeps, the room is horrible and not fitted to be rented to guest. It had personal items and not clean. and tried to charge us a ridiculous expensive price because they knew all the hotels were booked for the weekend. They will give up your reservation to any person who offered to pay……

“Estupendo hotel oara pernoctar y descansar entre Medellín y Bogotá, justo antes de una parte de la carretera muy pesada. Además el pueblo de Guaduas es muy bonito y el hotel precioso, con excelente atención y servicio, tienen servicio de SPA e ideal para descansar”

“El hotel está en muy buen estado, es muy bello, sus instalaciones son amplias y limpias, sin embargo al llegar y en el transcurso de nuestra estadía encontramos situaciones de orden administrativo no tan gratas, por ejemplo no sabían que se podían hacer reservas en esta aplicación, al salir las cuentas no coincidían. La fiesta de Año Nuevo estuvo bien, ma comida rica pero creo que el trato que le dio la gerente al DJ no fue el apropiado. ”
