For the price this is a great choice in Waikiki. It’s not on the beach, but the upper ocean view rooms have a pretty good view. Beautiful sunset skies.
Housekeeping is a little inconsistent, but they do an OK job they provide you with the “Aloha Line“ which allows you to text for any supplies you need
The pool area is lovely with a wheelchair lift down the stairs to access the area and a mobile lift available to get into the pool pool towel availability was not plentiful, but they did their best to ensure there were towels available
I would think a four star hotel would have a glass glasses and coffee mugs in the room, but only paper coffee cups were provided
The wheelchair accessible 16th floor suite was a really nice room. The bed was very comfortable. There was lots of space and a niceroll in shower.
Service from all the staff was excellent. All very helpful and pleasant.
Food and drinks at the restaurant are great. No decaf espresso, which was kind of a bummer, but they made a great London fog a little on the pricey side
Great stay overall. Would’ve been perfect if it would’ve been on the water., but it also would’ve been double the price
