• The walls were quite thin, and unfortunately, I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax. • Some of the facilities appeared to be broken or not functioning properly, which was a bit inconvenient. • The amenities were not replenished during my stay, which I found a little disappointing.

Close to all the stores and shops but quiet and peaceful. Beach was just a short walk. Great staff and loved that you could get beach towels and chairs with the room rental. Pool was also super cute and clean for those who didn’t want to go to beach. Good size room.

The Staff were so nice and accommodating!! The only downside is that the parking is behind and across the street. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great! Nice walk up and down the Waikiki strip!

I had a great experience during my stay! The hotel was nice and clean, which made it very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to rent beach chairs and towels directly from the hotel. Another big plus was the location everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area super easy. it was a pleasant and hassle free stay. I’d definitely come back!

The highlight of this property was then allowing us to have early check in (we arrived at 9am) - then it went down hill. There was no TV in our room and no hair dryer. Room was super noisy of a night too, being on a main road! Staff were lovely but super disappointed with no tv considering they advertise tv in room.

We love this place!! Affordable for the location and convenience. The hotel is a little older and isn’t spotless but still a really good stay. The upgraded the bathrooms which is really nice. The staff is AMAZING! So friendly and gets stuff to your room fast. This is ur second time staying here and they remember us and made this stay extra special.

Outstanding stay at the Polynesian! They graciously let us check in early and were very kind and helpful. They had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach! 5-7 min walk to the beach and our parking badge worked without any issues. Room has standard amenities…microwave, iron, fridge, coffee, etc. We even had a balcony overlooking the city! Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. There is an ABC store on every corner for your convenience. We actually had to drive by the hotel a few times before we found it. Their front door is nestled away in between some other stores, a little tough to see. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend the Polynesian! For the price is was well worth it!

Loved our stay at the Polynesian Residences. The staff was so friendly and helpful and quick to respond to even the small issues we had (the last guest locked the safe open). Although it is not a high end resort, it is clean, safe, and conveniently located not far from the beach. It also has a very nice pool area, and the free to use beach towels and beach chairs was an added plus. Great value for the money.

Great location, parking is a bit of a hassle but you'll get over it after a while. Loading/Unloading luggage also gets tricky because of the parking situation. Exceptional staff! The pros may outweigh the cons, depending on your preference.

Polynesian Residencies was an excellent hotel for my first trip to Oahu Hawaii. The staff was friendly and my room was cleaned and restocked every day. The hotel offered parking for only $35 a day. While that seems high, that is quite a cheap price compared to other hotels in the area. I was able to park in a large reserved parking lot unavailable to other travelers. I was able to get a parking space every day, and I was only required to walk a short distance to my hotel. The hotel is also in a great location in Waikiki, within walking distance to all of the main stores in souvenir shops. The beach is also only a short walking distance away. The price on this hotel was much more reasonable than some of the other hotels in the region I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable option while still being near the same attractions as the other main hotels. The hotel is located on luxury row, with many high-end stores, including Rolex and Tiffany & Company. The hotel is in a great part of town, and I did not question my safety. I will certainly consider using this hotel again during any future trips to Oahu.
