“The smell of this place was overwhelming as soon as you walk in. Based on that alone I would not stay here again. This is also advertised as a duplex and it is not a duplex. It’s an apartment complex with some questionable neighbors. The carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean at the very least. The things this place does have going for it are location is convenient and communication with the host was very quick when we were confused about check-in. ”

“Host is very responsive. Cute home with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Decorated like pictures. Everything was clean inside. Host has it supplied well with towels, kitchen supplies and furniture. Nice backyard that is fenced in with a new deck! Would recommend and stay there again. Only issue we had was a neighbor across the street blaring rap music at 6 am when he left in his vehicle.”

“Pictures online are a little deceiving bedrooms and bathrooms were OK but living room couch and chair stained, blinds broken, kitchen horrible pots, and pans where greasy most unusable foil lining the oven and the microwave rusted out with a burning smell had to unplug which we desperately needed due to being there for bodybuilding competition, paint chairs and kitchen coming off and a swarm of wood bees and wasp at the front door when trying to get in and out challenging dogs barking at 3 AM……

“This little jewel of a home was just what we needed for our stay in Birmingham! Clean, comfortable and well appointed, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing here in our down time from wedding festivities. We had everything we needed and the owners thoughtfully put labels or cute signs on everything which helped us know which switches were which and how to operate things!
