“We came to Canandaigua to be on hand for the birth of our daughters first born. The house worked out perfectly. Very convenient location to the hospital, town (plenty of nice restaurants within and easy walk) and our daughter's house. Supermarket, shopping near by. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, recently renovated. The photos on the website are accurate. The neighborhood isn't fancy but quiet. “Great place. Place was immaculate when we checked in. Close to town for restaurants and bars but right off main road that takes you down the west coast of Seneca lake. So, easy drive to the wineries. I would definitely book again if we return. PS: 2 parking spots for the unit are available. Had a few conversations with the host and she responded immediately. ”

“This is our second time staying at the cutest apartment in Geneva! It's beautifully appointed. Fresh flowers, a basket of snacks and a great bottle of wine upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are new and spotless. The linens are both pretty and cozy. We have a freshman athlete at Hobart so we spend lots of time in Geneva in the winter / spring and look forward to many more stays at Kelly's suite. ”

“We had a great time in this charming little town. The apartment was also full of charm and very clean. The Wagner Restaurant has the best breakfast with a small town diner feel - we ate their every morning for breakfast. “Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay.
