“EVERYTHING about this property was GREAT! The property was exactly as described. The pictures were not outdated and the description can't begin to describe the view or breeze from the verandah overlooking the ocean. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and compassionate. Following an unfortunate experience in MoBay, we were blessed with a home-cooked Caribbean meal that we will never forget! I will definitely book this property again! ”

“The location of this apartment is the best part of the stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Security at front entrance great and very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood. The strip can get sketchy with drug dealers and prostitutes so be careful at night time. 5 mins from the airport. I would recommend this stay only to those that keep a low profile and know how to navigate the street life straight up. ”

“The Oceanview was prefect. Allowed me to stay for an additional tonight with discount. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. The pool stays open 24 hours. Need a pass to get on the beach which locks at 6 pm. The Restaurant was great not over priced menu. There's a bar/gift shop on the premise. ”

“Nice location, quiet, lots of shopping, restaurants. Some units need upgrade but if you are the party Type and just want somewhere to crash|sleep this is an ideal spot. Not your 7 star experience. ”

“Oh what I would do to go back to day 1 of our trip to Springville. We just spent a long weekend at the villa and and cannont stop talking about how amazing everything was. The house and property itself is gorgeous - the oceaniew is literally mouthdropping. But the most special part of Springville is its staff. Ginger, Vincent, Jackie and everyone else on the property were the warmest, most welcome people and totally made our trip. Alwayne and Delano (our drivers) were also the best. I cannot say……

“We celebrated my wife and her best friend’s birthday at the private condo located inside the Jewel Grande. Location was great, quick ride from the airport. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful oceanfront views from the balcony. Jean was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.”
