“The entire town of Saugatuck shut down due to a gas leak the morning we were supposed to stay and the host was amazing at communicating,trying to assist us in finding a new rental and ultimately providing a refund qith out any hassle or issues when there wasnt another option available in neighboring towns. Very impressed with the host. ”

“Three of us enjoyed this upstairs apartment centrally located in the commercial area of Saugatuck. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the nearby river. Parking was easy and convenient behind our building as well as down the street. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved kicking back in the living room. We could open the door to the small balcony and enjoy the fall breeze coming through. Kitchen was adequate but we ate out for all meals. ”

“Property was clean and functional. Not sure who painted the bathroom—cut them off. Bed was SUPER comfy and the bedroom was the nicest room overall. Negotiating the thermostat required a degree in technology—I never did figure it out. It got hot in the middle of the night which became inconvenient. Loved Saugatuck and we would come back to this property. ”

“We needed a centralized location for day trips tasting the local craft breweries. This was a great midway point and as described. Hosts were super attentive and responsive. This is in a very rural space, but we got there at night with google maps and no issues. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit, but the set up looked great and lots of campfire cooking tools at your disposal. You are on the bottom of a residence so if the sound of footfalls above you would wake you up have ear……

“The property is a very cute apartment right in the heart of everything. So many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Also right by the water for some beautiful views. 5 minute drive from oval beach that has an amazing sunset. Dog friendly. So considerate and even left us a treat bag for her. ”
