“The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night……

“We really enjoyed the stay, the rooms are well appointed and beds comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities are excellent. View from the room (three bed apartment) was amazing and it is a well maintained property with excellent external communal spaces. As feedback the room was not as clean as I would have hoped. We needed to give the kitchen a good wipe down when we arrived and the carpets needed a good vacuum. It would have been nice if the doonas had covers on them as they……

“The property was everything that we had hoped and was perfect for our family. 13 people fit in with no issues, although an extra bathroom would have helped, but we managed fine. The pool, the property and the surrounding area and wildlife, especially the birds, really added to the experience. ”

“Nice big apartments. 2 bathrooms. Ocean view is awesome. Didnt like the blinds needs better block out. Waking at 5am every morning was hard with the light coming in. ”

“Booked fairly last minute for public holiday weekend. Lucky to get an apartment overlooking the trio of small pools. (Middle one only heated). The apt was excellent. Well equipped. Full kitchen,large fridge freezer,washing machine dryer. Two TVs . Pity no ability to cast from own device Foxtel channels were OK . Some great places to eat within 10 mins walk . Still need to remember in Australia most places stop serving food or shut by 8pm though. In Europe can eat until 11pm . After 11 years……

“I've never seen such a dirty place before. There’re chocolate leftovers in the cupboards and there're lots of ants. The ants kept visiting us during our stay. The service of the reception was also very bad. They refused to help us to make a local phone call when we had trouble making the call! Their admin was also terrible. The reception asked me to settle a payment, but I was sure that we'd settled all payment. I tried to clarify the whole thing. One reception lady firmly said that we'd joined……

“Excellent value for money. Very quiet and private. Plenty of space and excellent views. Not serviced daily but not a big deal for us. Also had laundry and dishwasher. Secure parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. ”

Newly renovated motel with friendly staff.

"The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly admin staff who helped with check-in procedures. The swimming pool was a dedicated one, felt like actually in Mediterranean. Free Parking provided of course."
