“The TV did not work. Had to buy DVDs to play. Left front burner doesn't get hot enough and the oven knob has no temperature for cooking on it. I was told one price and charged another. Would never stay again as it had too many steps and would not get the TV to work ”

“Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.”

“Wonderful cozy house. Kids had a great time with their private area upstairs, living room was comfortable, hot tub looked relaxing however we didn’t have time to try it out so I can’t give that a rating. Richard was great to deal with, lots of updates details and very quick responses”

“The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. We saw several deer walk by our window which was fun to watch. We had no issue with noise, even though there were people staying in the……

“This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach. Really appreciate the host having coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A nice plus! I highly recommend staying here, as the location and host are fantastic! ”
