“Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!”

"This is a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The pickup service is excellent and they come within 10 min after a phone call. The only one point I don’t quite like is diner not at the same building, but 1 min walk to other building. Otherwise, it is an excellent stay.
