“The guest house is beautiful and well maintained. The bed didn't suit us and combined with squeaking floors (as in many older homes) kept us from having restful sleep, but otherwise well appointed. It was a fair distance from the Horicon Marsh natural area, and we prefer a closer place to stay.”

“The location was a plus. Close enough to town but far enough to enjoy the peaceful lake setting. My husband enjoyed fishing right off the dock and having several poles and supplies was a plus. . Having a canoe too for use was great. We took the canoe out and spent several hours on the beautiful a lake. The cottage had the amenities to make our stay complete. We hope to be back again! ”

“What a view! River front property to sit and watch the water and birds. Amazing attention to detail by the owners. Fire pit with wood, kayak w/life jacket, grill. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans and COFFEE! Always love seeing that offered. Biking/hiking and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to just relax. ”

“Location is great. Sitting next to the water and the views- remarkable. It met our needs for the get-away. Overall we had a wonderful time. Extra details and ease in communication were much appreciated. Suggest that owner updates microwave, hotplate, bed frame and linens. Refrigerator is extremely loud.”
