“My room features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom is large and modern. There's also a second TV in the bedroom, both of which can sync with my iPad—perfect for cozy movie nights. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and right next to the exhibition centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a fantastic place to stay.”

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem zimmer und der Kommunikation. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Das einzige beim Buchen des Parkplatzes wäre wenn man die fahrzeuggrössen nochmal angibt. Denn dies wird beim buchen nicht angegeben und unser Auto kam gerade so ins parkhaus. Vorallem da die parkplätze übereinander sind. ”

“Leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Man muss in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus parken. Diese Information haben wir leider erst auf dem Hinweg bekommen. Es wurde vorab nicht erwähnt, wo man den Schlüssel zur Wohnung erhält. Auch die begrenzten Check-In-Möglichkeiten wurden erst später kommuniziert. Zum Glück kam man uns mit erheblicher Freundlichkeit entgegen und der Check In wurde ausnahmsweise später durchgeführt. Die Wohnung ist nicht dort, wo man den Schlüssel erhält. Sie ist……

I recently stayed at IBIS budget hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the hotel that made my stay less than satisfactory.
Firstly, I was surprised to find out that the hotel required a deposit for the use of a hairdryer. This seemed unusual to me, as hairdryers are a standard amenity in most hotels. Additionally, the bathroom lacked any sort of curtain or door, which made it quite awkward and uncomfortable for my family. This lack of privacy was a major inconvenience and made the bathroom feel very exposed.
Finally, the room itself was incredibly small, with barely enough space to move around. This made it difficult to unpack and relax, and it felt quite cramped, especially with my family.
Overall, I would not recommend IBIS budget hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The lack of privacy in the bathroom, the deposit required for a hairdryer, and the cramped room made for a disappointing experience.
