“Front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful checking in on Monday May 19 at 5 pm. There was not any luggage dollies or bellmen available anywhere. The room and balcony was great. We loved the music at ocean Annie’s. Great to have 2 places to eat on site! Pool and lazy river had so much seating! Sheet was scratchy. Plenty of pillows and we could not use our plug in Roku on the tv. Internet was slow. The view was amazing. The beach was wide with lots of soave; very easy to get to from resort. Rental……

“We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is the perfect balance of having every amenity you would need without being a huge complex swimming with other people. Though I believe it was full it never seemed crowded at pools or beach and was very quiet. Room perfect size and super clean, seemed to have been very recently updated (new floors, painted walls, tile, etc.). You get plenty of towels, kitchen gear and laundry supplies. “From the moment we checked in, everything was perfectly arranged for us. The receptionist was extremely helpful. There's so much to do on-site that there's hardly any need to leave.
