“We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel……

“The room we stayed in was lovely. I was a bit disappointed to find no soap or face washers in my room. This was only noticed once I was ready for a shower. A simple oversight. “Need a bit walking from tram station, but it’s quiet and I fell safe at the area. Mind that there’s occasionally sirens sounds, as there’s police station nearby and a fire station next to the hotel. Staff are nice and fluent checkin. The room was generally clean, but we have no shower gel at the first two night, and they don’t refill tissue paper. Of course we can ask for them, but I think they can be more careful and attentive. I was living on 4th floor, and sometimes there’s sound of water……

“We liked the cleanliness and the decor. We were very impressed with the friendly staff. Easy access to Moonee Valley Race course was a positive too. We had difficulty finding a park close to main entrance to check in. So my husband drove around the block a few times so I could check in. Guess it was a busy time being Friday Lunch time. We appreciated assistance from staff on the desk. ,Well done. ”
