The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your check-in. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code. This booklet contains all the relevant property information, like wifi network names & password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet.
The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.

- Pets are allowed with written permission only. There is a maximum of 2 pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Non-Refundable Pet Fee is $164.55 (Tax Included) Per Pet /Per Stay. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside the home in accordance with city ordinance.

- Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the swimming pool.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions
- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.
