The Neighborhood: Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around: A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay.

Non-refundable Pet Fee: $164.55 (Tax Included) Per Pet / Per Stay and a signed rental agreement with dog information. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year are not permitted. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the swimming pool. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions - A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed. - Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior spaces Home Renovations in the neighborhood * Please be aware there is home renovations next door.
