“Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! “櫃檯下午3點才有服務，4點才能入住，所以3點過後才能寄放行李。如果是自由行的外國旅客，要推行李上坡道走800公尺，會累到無法言語。建議沒有日本手機不會講日文的朋友，因為無法去電請飯店到有馬溫泉站接送，可以仔細考慮後，再決定是否入住。而飯店本身，服務好，房間大，也乾淨。房間沒有浴室，統一使用大浴場。大浴場也很棒。對我而言是間很棒的飯店。有機會會再造訪。”

“已經住過許多次，在神戶港邊，房間相對來說比其他飯店大，看得出來有懷舊風情，但維持的相當不錯。早餐依舊豐盛，非常美味。以前是在一樓餐廳吃，但這次飯店改成在房間內用餐，可能是疫情後才改變，但這樣的作法更顯得高級。下次再來神戶，一定會再安排住兩晚。”

“The room was clean and nice, there was toilet on every floor, and you can use bathroom with hair dryer. It's a convenient place overall. For service, the staffs were very nice and warm which provided kind assist. The only drawback was the little noise at night due to the railway. However it was small affect to me.”
